Unique in the industry, Bluelime Enterprises Inc. emerged in Year 2000 upon the founding partners' thirty years of Human Resources expertise to provide its clients expert consulting in every facet of HR.

Through personal experience, thorough examination of the market and labour intensive industry surveys it became apparent to us that companies were forced to work with multiple vendors to meet all of their internal HR Needs. We knew first hand the issues that HR departments were having, mainly, that it is possible to have to deal with up to a dozen vendors to cover areas of Benefits Administration, Labour Relations and Compliance, Recruitment and Retention Strategies, etc. Through client feedback we constructed a business model to meet these needs through one organization, Bluelime Enterprises Inc. It allowed our clients to build truly strong and strategic relationships with us.
